Molly Brown’s Policies and Returns

Molly Brown's wants all of its clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will provide a full refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail (with RA#) at our facility within 14 days of the original shipment date less all shipping and handling charges.
Returns received at our facility by mail (with RA#) within 15-30 days of the shipment date are eligible for store credit or exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges.
Any return received in our store after 30 days of the original shipment date will be refused and no refund, exchange or store credit will be permitted.
At this time, no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made at any of our store locations.
Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns, exchanges or store credit will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, that is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Molly Brown’s.
Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.
Molly Brown’s is a retailer of designer swimwear and apparel and not a designer or manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. Item information is provided by the individual designer or manufacturer of that item and Molly Brown’s will not be held liable for misinformation provided to us.
Molly Brown's is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

*The shipment date is the date the item being returned leaves our store. The shipment date is not the same as the purchase date. To find your shipment date, please refer to tracking number

Procedure For Returns/Damages

At Molly Brown's, a return authorization (RA) number is necessary so that if an exchange is requested we can make every attempt to expedite this process. Many of our items are exclusive, limited production or extremely sought after pieces. Due to availability, we will make every attempt to exchange your return for the exact item, color and size requested.
In order to make a return or excahnge, you must contact us for a return authorization number.
Any returns made of $400 or more will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The cost of any promotional shipping that was applied to your original order will be deducted from your total refund.
The RA number must be written clearly on the outside of your package. If this number is not clearly visible, your package may be refused with no shipping reimbursements made.
To obtain a return authorization number please contact our Web Department at 949-675-1441, M-F from 9am-5pm PST. This number must be clearly written on the outside front of the return package. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
As the return package remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us, we recommend that you insure your return shipment or use methods of transport providing full tracking and delivery confirmation. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or tampered with, Molly Brown's will not be liable for any costs associated with its recovery, replacement of its contents or the value of its contents.

All returned items must have the original tags attached and liners in place. Due to federal health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. And will be returned at the clients’ expense.
Once we receive your return, we will determine that the item is in the same perfect condition in which it was sent to you. We will then process your return according to your request and Molly Brown's return and exchange policies. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used and may take 30 days, or one billing cycle, to post to the account.
If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit will be made available for your next purchase. If your next purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, we will charge your credit card for the difference.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. Return or replacement for exact items cannot be guaranteed due to availability.
Molly Brown’s holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed the items can not be returned and we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur.
All defects or damages must be identified prior to use and issued a return authorization number within 10 days of the shipment date by the client.
